Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning and project resources and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the agreed-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles, and responsibilities.
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation – both internal and third-party.
• Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver the project on budget.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities.
• Managing the delivery of the project according to the project plan. Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
• Managing and adjusting for any project scope, schedule, and budget changes and identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field
• Proven experience in project management
• Budget management & people experience
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner
• Experience overseeing production or a design projec
• Preferably with experience in managing Web Development projects or related
